Any license granted is the result of successful negotiations between the NIH and the Challenge participants, and NIH cannot guarantee that the license will be granted as a result of any negotiations.  Any license granted will be in accordance with Federal statutes and regulations, including 35 USC 209 and 37 CFR 404.
